CVS 215 Park Avenue South, Manhattan, New York,

"I WISH i could give zero stars because I have never experienced such terrible service at a pharmacy. I got there at 6:55pm and they refused to give me my prescription because they close at 7. That is 5 minutes away and they refused to help me. They proceeded to turn off the lights and bring down the pharmacy gate as I was asking if they could help me in the few minutes they had left. The woman had short gray hair. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service"

""The customer service at this location is exceptional. I prefer it over any other CVS in the neighborhood due to the comprehensive assistance they provide. I am willing to walk a few extra blocks just to shop at this particular CVS.""

"Worst experience with personnel at the pharmacy. Main doctor super rude. Picked up injections I need for pregnancy, asked if they could walk me through the product because it was the first time I was using them I got a “check the instructions” in response. Turns out, the syringes don’t come with needles and they didn’t tell me. And now I am running around the city looking for an open pharmacy that can give me needles as this is a very important injection. I have NO WORDS."

"Although the front staff was and is always friendly, the Pharmacy area is the problem. Staff member Anthony in the Pharmacy was not friendly and not helpful. He was unprofessional is his speech and actions. I witnessed this personally and it was seen in his dealings with an elderly customer ahead of us. I reported this behavior to the Store Manager when leaving. This was a very frustrating experience. It really is a shame since they have done so much to make the store look and feel updated and the regular staff is always a pleasure to deal with."

"The CVS is located at a very busy area so the prices are a bit higher for select items compared to stores with less traffic. The store is pretty busy but staff are fast."
