"I've got a lot of different jobs and one of them includes the skill of "customer service" and the women who is working as a cashier's for asking a simple question it doesn't answer you as if I was being mind or something is a disappointment that you take a job that requires being alerted to any question and service to customer and you don't have s smile at least, u can put any excuse but if u have workers like that it just give a bad representation of the store at least let her know. "I went there to get some OTC meds and some other things in the evening. The OTC was locked and i didn't see anyone on the floor. I asked assistance from the cashier. The other CSA who unlocked the shelf looked annoyed. Walked passed me twice before he finally unlocked the door. I get it. Dealing with customers is not fun job. But when someone says thank you, CSA should at least learn to nod their head. Then I brought my items to the cash counter to pay, cashier was on his phone texting, laughing. I said Hi, he didn't respond, instead his face changed, like he has been dead for 2 days. He didn't ask me if I have a Rite Aid card or if I want bag, he trashed the coupon. May be it wasn't a coupon, may be it was some promotional stuff or whatever, cashier was supposed to give that to me. He scanned the items and and told me what the total was. This was the word that came out of his mouth. I paid and left. This time I didn't feel the need to say "thank you". These new employees are very poorly trained."

"A pretty decent Rite Aid that has your basic items. They seem to prioritize the self-checkout machines which wouldn't be a bad thing if at least one of them wasn't always out of order and if the line for the register didn't extend to the self-checkout machines. Customers waiting on line end up blocking the self-checkout for people who actually want to use them. I don't come here often anymore, but whenever I do, the line is a problem. And honestly it wouldn't be if people used the self-checkout system more often. It's not that hard, people."

"Very unprofessional pharmacy. All of them are very rude and they don’t care about customers at all. I literally had to wait more then hour for pick up . It was just only one medicine for my baby. Very disappointed. Everybody was very upset about their service. I will never come here . Please I liked to share my experienced in details. If anybody see this message email me as soon as possible. The pharmacist really need to take an action about your employees. Because This is not right for the customers. We spending $$$. We want better service. This pharmacy all the ladies are so disrespectfully ,very rude, unprofessional. I waited more then hour standing with my 3 months old baby and end I had to leave without my medicine. I even requested them but they were so rude at me ."
