"HE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK IS SO RUDE. He needs to change his tone of voice and a lesson on customer service. 1) I went in to grab my sister‘s medication and he said one of them is not covered by insurance and they’ll need to order it. So I’m like hmm, okay, then no. I went to my mom to tell her and she calls the pharmacy to let them know that we still want the non covered medication. First of all, what kind of pharmacy doesn’t carry famotidine? Anyways, I go back in with the money and right away, he says to me “I told you insurance don’t cover it and we need to order it and you say no and now you back again” in the rudest tone of voice ever. Dude, is it gonna kill you to go back into her chart? Come on. 2) I’ve seen him talk to the other customers and same thing, no patience and rude as can be."
