"Pharmacist declined my current Rx card because she didn’t know how to correctly put it in the system. More than an hour to get a simple vaccine. Terrible attitude! And when we went into the vaccine private area, there was a man in there that seems to have been sleeping in there. I will NEVER go back to this CVS again, and likely avoid CVS in the future."

"This is the worst pharmacy I ever seen. I had an early morning flight, so I had to use a 24 hour pharmacy. The pharmacist tells me my prescription was sent to another store (it initially was but i had my doctor cancel that one and send another one to his store.) He tells me he sees the prescription and it'll be ready in one hour. I leave and one hour later call the store - they do not answer the phone. I live 30 minutes away so i drove there. The pharmacist says he can't fill the prescription because it was cancelled. I say what about the one that was sent to your store ? he says he doesn't see that one. I asked why would you tell me to come back in an hour ? didn't you see you couldn't fill it then? he says no i didn't see it. waste of time and money! had to take my flight without the medication."

I had an emergency to pick up some medication because I had just left the hospital and she was already there and was going to close and she told me that it was not her problem, people like that should not work with the public. . 0%"
