"Got some great deals today, the coupons on the receipts come in handy for extra savings, I saved like almost $10 bucks today using the coupons, from $44 down to $35 after receipts were accounted for! That's like about 23% off! Deisi at the checkout was cool and super efficient too! Merrit in the pharmacy is always good vibes! Had a very wonderful experience at CVS today, a Terrific Tuesday for sure thus far!"

"Literally the worst customer service. It’s like they are trying not to care. The doctor helping me even got offended at how they treated him when he tried calling himself to make sure I had the drugs I needed Avoid this place and use something like capsule that has great service to answer you right away"

"Store seems to open and close whenever. Often closed when hours reflect that they should be open. Employees were super rude. Called 4x to get medication out of a locked cabinet, but no one showed. Had to go find an employee on the other side of the store who was then very annoyed to be helping us. Then when self checkout needed an employee scan, the woman behind the counter was pissed she had to come help us. lol. This is why we all just use Amazon now…."

"I did not use a basket , but picked up more items than I could manage. When I got on line to pay, an attendant came over to me and asked if I could use some help. I said yes thanks and she took a few things from my arms and motioned me to follow her to the self checkout. As usual, very nice customer service at 70th & West End"

"Kat and the Pharmacist on call named Caity (blond with blue eyes, I'm just trying to describe her because l'm not sure she gave me her right name) this happened today on 22/04/2024. I went to the pharmacy this morning for the first time around 10:30am to pick up an eye prescription medication to my husband who had his eye pupil bleeding due to an accident. The pharmacists on call said they don't have the medication and handed me 2 CVC different phone numbers to call so I could try to pick up the medication today. I went home and tried both numbers, spend over 45 min on the line trying to speak to someone and didn't succeed. Than I decided to go back to the CVS pharmacy asked to speak to the manager, lady named Kat said there wasn't a manager available and asked what was the problem. I explained what was going on and turned out that: First: they could have call a CVS direct line and get the prescription from a different store so I could just have picked up the prescription, and instead Caity (the blond lady, the pharmacist) handed me 2 phone numbers. Secondly: It turn out they DID had the medication at the pharmacy. So, I'm here spending 10 min frustrated that they lied about not having a manager at the store and they also had the medication available. My husband can't see anything atm, and he is possibly going to have surgery the next couple of days, is infuriating the fact we have to go through this kind of situation in a moment like this. People are lazy and they don't want to do they work. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL, and I won't be buying from CVS EVER AGAIN! Awful costume service."
