"One time let's date back to 2022 The pharmacist and staff members were friendly and efficient. Medications were delivered in a timely manner. I was pleased with the service. However, within the last five months, I noticed a change in customer service. I think it is under the new management and the service has not been the best. I was told on Saturday that my medication would be delivered on Sunday just to find out the pharmacy is closed on Sunday. Not to mention the medication should have been delivered on Saturday. I am frustrated because I require the medication daily. I could have made other arrangements to pick up the prescription. I would like to believe it was an oversight"

"The staff is very disrespectful when you are trying to get your medication delivered and some of the women and men are disrespectful"

"Great place very friendly and on time with your prescriptions. I've never had a problem and they deliver which I needed one time only, due to my legs."

"This Pharmacy is the worst. Rude unprofessional person that works there is rude and will be the reason I never use this pharmacy again for 2nd time.I called to have my prescription delivered twice. Once on Saturday for Monday.I was told I had to wait for Tuesday.which I did plus I called Monday to confirm. Still didnt get delivered. Plus I had to go out my way on a work day to pick my prescription. This pharmacy sucks and I will never use them again. This pharmacy continues to be the worst pharmacy in the city. Some of the workers here have the worst attitude and they inform you of things that are important. Like pick up dates. They don't notify you that your prescriptions are ready. The worst. The one star is only cause they don't let you post without at least one star. As for me I wouldn't even give them a corner of a star."
