"I call in a prescription a day prior so it’ll be ready for pick up when I get there the following day, but multiple times I go and it’s not ready and I have to wait anyway lol"

"Store on 135 st and Frederick Douglass in Manhattan Store manager Lamel B and his staff are not only unprofessional, but inhumane! Sunday August 4, 2024 They denied me my prescription because they were going to go on their break! I explained that I have my father in ICU ANd I couldn't COME BACK FOR IT! Their break is more important than a patient health. I have no more meds, I had to just go without. I hold them responsible if anything happens to me. Pharmacy is not like a regular store, their job has to do with people's life. Avoid this store at all cost!!!!"

"The worst freaking pharmacy EVER. THE little old lady is so RUDE. Never wants to do her job. And the pharmacist is just a total a hole. They truly don't want to work they be closing earlier then they suppose to. Play back and forth games bc at the end they don't want to do their jobs. Worst pharmacy and the most disrespectful one. I would give negative stars if I could. Please beware!"

"I love almost all of the staff. The pharmacy department is very patient and helpful. Eversince this pandemic thing they've been working extra hard administering these vaccines and they have families so I hope people with prescriptions take a minute to acknowledge this when waiting in what seems like a long line. If it was up to them you'd be in and out in under 5 minutes but they have to service people with disabilities, communication barriers and other such dilemmas.
