"I went to doctorthakur for two years, and although the doctor in my opinion is a good doctor his staff on the other hand, lack the ability to communicate with her patients I have had very bad experiences with getting prescription refills on many occasions my prescriptions were called in two and three days late meaning I ran out of my prescriptions, and these are descriptions That are dangerous to just stop taking the doctor gave me a warning you don’t stop taking these meds cold turkey, which is exactly what person in his office did to me on several occasions when I would call to ask if my prescription has been called in they would tell me yes and then I will go to the drugstore told me no we have no refills for you. Nothing has been called in. I would go back-and-forth Until the doctors office got very rude with me raise your voice told me they were tired of me calling about my prescriptions. I told them I was only telling them what the drugstore was telling me the way they handled. This was by no longer seeing Me sent me a letter saying they could no longer see me. in my opinion have very bad attitudes. again, the doctor is a good doctor. I enjoyed seeing him. On the other hand The person that handles calling the prescription is in well I don’t think I have to say much more"

"After being told by several physicians about a massive growth in the right lower lobe of my husbands lung, Dr Thukar told my husband that there was no tumor in his lung on the first vist. It was gone. A year later his lung is full of them n he is currently in the ICU. This doctor's license should be revoked and he should never practice medicine again."

"Dr Thakur is always fast and prompt. I have been a patient of his for a number of years so we have a wonderful rapport. If your a new patient then you have to fill out the normal questionnaire. His office is always understanding if you need to reschedule, however, they are busy so the sooner you know the better."

"The receptionist has always been both rude and extremely unprofessional to me every time I have had to deal with her. And in my experience with the relatively recent change of staff, that lack of professionalism has apparently become the case with the rest of the staff also. An almost complete lack of prompt and professional attention to a time sensitive medical issue I had was inexcusable."
