"My dad has been going through them for medical equipment for some time now and it’s always something with them. The man, Kurt or Kirk, gives my parents an extremely hard time with delivering his oxygen. He will deny a delivery based off of “not feeling like driving out there”. Meanwhile my dad has to find a way to get to dr appointments without it. His insurance has no copay and we had them send us the information about it and tried to show them and they deny it even being his insurance. Telling my mom that he had different insurance and refusing to update it. He has 2. A primary and secondary. They then will proceed to not release the equipment until they pay them. They take weeks to drop off something as small as a wheelchair. And when they did drop it off it was the wrong size and they were told he wouldn’t fit. We were getting a new one because his old one was too small. They wouldn’t take it back so the insurance got billed and he now can’t receive a new one for 2 years unless we pay out of pocket. He has this insurance so he doesn’t have to. That’s the point of it. Meanwhile we have two wheelchairs that he can’t use. They’re just very difficult to work with and with all the equipment he’s needed due to him declining it’s getting more than we can deal with."

"Great people very prompt and very understanding to needs.i personally recieved a incredibly high bill that I was unaware of and when I called to explain that I had no knowledge of it .they were able to navigate me through on how I can make it up without having to loose my my oxygen which would be extremely detrimental to my health and for that I'm grateful"
