"Terrible service from the SECRETARY I called several times to cancel an appointment and when she answered I asked her if she spoke Spanish and she told me to call the Riverhead offices, I told her I can speak English, she kept insisting on calling the Riverhead office, she hung up i got mad because to me that was racist from a secretary who is supposed to be a professional and shouldn't do that she should have respect for people at least let's try to speak another language not like them I didn't try so i told her I returned the call and kept insisting on the call until he answered me, he kept me on hold for a while, until I made him cancel the appointment himself so that he would learn to respect people and others. . The fact of being behind a screen does not mean that you deserve less respect for treating yourself less, A LITTLE MORE EMPATHY FOR HISPANICS. I would NEVER go back to that place lousy service"
"ABSOLUTELY THE BEST GYNO APPOINTMENT EVER!! From the second I walked in they treated me with respect by an extremely professional Staff & Drs!! I was even very early, they took me! The nurse was very thorough going over my pre-med registration info! The Dr I saw was incredibly nice, thorough and spoke to me respectfully and right to me! She answered all my questions and she listened to my issues and addressed them without judgement! The office is right in town and I will look forward to all my appointments here in the future! I just can't believe I'm saying this about GYNO Dr office!!! Who knew???"
