"horrible customer service - I called two wks ago to schedule an appt and asked if they accept my ins. I was told by the older woman that they do. two wks later, I called to give my ins information (bc I didn't have it at the time of scheduling the appt), the woman tells me that I'm out of network. why was this not emphasized to me at the time of scheduling the appt? why did it take for me to call and find out? I could've looked for a different eye care center sooner! on top of that, the lady was rude as hell and tried to offer to solicit their services by saying, "you can just pay $79 for the exam". yea, no. I shouldn't have to pay for anything if I have ins, which is their responsibility to know what they accept. she was also very confrontational by saying that it's a good thing that I called, bc she admitted that she never would've since she claimed it's not their responsibility to know what insurances they accept. This is definitely not a place I'd give my business to nor id recommend to anyone!"

"Went today - great experience, was in and out quickly. Surprised by the bad reviews - I thought Dr. LaCorte was very pleasant and polite. Explained everything, listened to my concerns, and didn't try to push anything extra on me. I see some reviews complained about them taking pictures of the eye/charging $39 for it, but as I have had a few doctors in the past mention I could be at risk for glaucoma, I wanted the picture of my eyes done so we can monitor going forward and make sure I remain okay/don't develop glaucoma. I declined to buy glasses there as I am very hard on glasses and just buy cheap ones that I can easily replace, and they did not push or prod and gave me my prescription to leave with without any issue or drama. Will continue to see Dr. LaCorte!"
