"I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Ciminiello and his staff. My knee replacement wasn't easy but it was so amazingly successful. It's 5.5 weeks since surgery and I am walking with no assistance, can go up and down stairs and i feel I'm functioning at a great level. I'm doing extremely well with PT too, all in all and excellent experience (barring initial pain). Must say my pain was consistently handled very well) Dr.s team in the office is always there with great response time to any issue I had. Very grateful!"

"I had a noon appointment, my first, on 9-22-23 with Dr. Leone, orthopedist at Peconic Bay Medical Group in Riverhead. I was experiencing intense, life-altering back pain. I traveled from Montauk, NY, a 1 1/2 trip. I got to what I thought was the address which didn't exist. No Riverhead address was listed on the doctor's website, only his Great Neck office. I wasn't concerned since I was early. I called the doctor's office to get the correct address and was put on hold for 25 minutes! When they finally picked up the phone and I explained the circumstances, I was told me I would still have to reschedule. Outrageous! It didn't matter how far I traveled or the excessive time on hold. I guess lunch was more important than trying to make things right for the patient. Needless to say, I won't be dealing with Peconic Bay Medical Group again."
