They are compassionate and truly care about you and whatever is going on with you, whether that be mental or physical. Terri is just on another level of amazing and I truly can say I love her and she holds a place in my heart. The staff has always put me first when needed and is always there is I need anything at all. Can’t say enough good things about these doctors and staff. "Im having the same experience as Stacie. Ive even tried using the online chart connect to message the doctor for a call back. Saturday i received a referral for a lung cancer specialist and to get a CT scan done and reason said lung cancer screening! Well talk having a heart attack. I called Monday to find out ehat this is all about and of course im bot surprised when i was asked who sent me it and why... umm hello your office did thats why im calling you phones kept hanging up and i was told they will have the doctor call to explain, well its now Tuesday evening and i still haven't heard from anyone!!"

"I have been going to this practice for 20 years. The drs and nurse practictioners and office staff are wonderful. They care about their patients and actually listen. Dont blame anyone if the phone doesnt get answered right away, ever since CHS took over the business end, they phone system has gotten crazy. They are wonderful and I will never leave this practice."

"This doctor's office is a joke. They NEVER answer their phones even five minutes after they call you. They don't know how to practice proper medicine. They should get an office manager to put things in order. You will wait at least two hours and spend ten minutes with a physician assistant. You will never be told your test results ever. It's really pathetic that this place is even allowed to open its doors. You get bloodwork done your cholesterol is through the roof... Does the Dr call you? No you find this out by trying to read results yourself online. Really? Thats not a doctor buddy... This is a joke."
