"The worst experience over and over and over again. My first appointment with Dr. Trivedi he was very rushed. I was trying to explain something to him and it’s like he had one foot out the door the entire visit. The woman who answers the phone is RUDE, every single time I call. Last week I called for a prescription refill. No one called it in and no one called me back. I called again and never got a return phone call but this time the wrong prescription was called in. I called the service number today to have Dr. Tisser call me back to have this resolved and it’s been hours and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I can’t say one good thing about this office. Very disappointing and won’t be returning."

"I was a patient of Rose the PA for years and was nervous to see a new doctor here. Dr. Tisser was awesome! She was very gentle and took her time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. She has great bedside manner and was also cracking me up! 10/10 great doctor. The office staff has also always helped me when I lost my insurance and are always very polite."

"I had a traumatic experience at this office and Good Samaritan. This office staff is mean and the office itself is old/sad looking. The specialist that they referred me to was incompetent and rude. I have not been to this office in 2.5 years and just now received a bill from them, not sure what it pertains to but really added salt to the wounds. Do yourself a favor and go see a midwife at stonybrook- they’ll treat you like a human being."

"Very happy with the level of care I received with Dr. Trivedi and Dr. Tisser with my recent pregnancy and birth. We had many complications that popped up from preterm labor which was successfully stalled to then a late term induction at 41 weeks into a C-section due to the babies heart rate decelerating in the induction process. Through each step, these doctors along with the residents and staff at Good Samaritan Hospital were kind, caring and informative. They would discuss all options so my husband and I could make the best decisions. Highly recommend Dr. Trivedi, Dr. Tisser and their partnership with Good Samaritan Hospital"
