"What a heartless Dr Dr Ladinsky is ....he didn't want to help me because i went to a walk in clinic...REALLY!...but your office was closed....i went to a walk in clinic on the evening of 07/20/17 due to a gout flare up because your office was closed .Well apparently Dr Ladinsky is not a fan of this kind of practice because he refused to help me when i was in great pain from a gout attack on the evening of 07/29/17 i would have gone back to the walk in clinic but they were closed also ... So since i am a patient of Dr Stamblers, and Dr Ladinsky was the Dr on call the evening of 07/29/17 i had no choice but to speak with him. He explained to me that since i went to another provider and did not follow up with Dr Stambler and he did not have access to my files and has never seen me before he was unable to help me.Well Dr Ladinsky your explanation left me feeling that the only REAL reason you would not help me is because i went to another provider and did not follow up with Dr Stambler. First, there was no reason to follow up with Dr Stambler, i had the meds i needed and was feeling fine.Second when i had the attack your office was closed..In my humble opinion Dr Ladinsky has a case of sour grapes because i didn't bring my business to their office.What a sad day for this health care provider.SHAME On YOU DR LADINSKY!! Hope you never get a attack of gout.Now i have to go to the emergency room...You could have helped me all i needed was for you to call in a prescription.You said you didn't have access to my files.....REALLY?....and why not? Hard to believe that a doctor on call does not have access to my health care history.With the ability of computers today i find that unacceptable! PS I have been a patient of this office and Dr Stambler for over 20 years and this is how i was treated. Respectfully Tom Esposito"
