"Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Would rather go the rest of my life uninsured then to use them ever again. They decided to drop my coverage and back date it several months and now I am getting all sorts of doctor bills claiming I was uninsured. When you try to call, they just pass you around from person to person. I have bank statements showing I never missed a single payment. Sent all my proof to "upper management" and they just give me a different number to try to call. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Have been sending follow up emails that go unanswered for months. Terrible customer service. Terrible insurance plan. If I could give then 0 stars I would. Save yourselves money and just self pay at an urgent care facility when you get sick."
