"$35 copay to see therapist. $35 co pay to get your medication refilled by psychiatrist. Psychiatrist WILL NOT refill your medication without a monthly standing appointment so they can get their $35 copay, plus the co pay on top of your therapy sessions. They will tell you at first that your psychiatrist will monitor your medication thru your therapist and no separate appts would be needed. Then after you get in it’s a different story, and they set you up for double billing. Disgustingly exploitative of sick people who are just trying to get better instead they’re using us as a cash grab."

"Had a paper work issue that was difficult Otherwise I have not dealt with anyone who's not been as helpful as possible. My counselors amazing, dr ok, and receptionist are caring. Even fixing the paperwork issue was personally handled by the director there ."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU NEED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. They are looking to double bill you for everything and they are not transparent about billing, at all. They attract people on the lower income level and squeeze every single penny out of you for trash service. The woman in billing has said to me - MULTIPLE TIMES - get a new psychiatrist. Do not go here. I will email you a list of doctors. I don't want another list of doctors, I want the ones I trusted in the first place to work. A literal 5 minute phone call to have a psych introduce themselves will land you a $120 charge. There is zero transparency. Billing does not take accountability for ANYTHING and will not help explain it to you - somehow that lands with the doctors? When it is your JOB to handle billing? I had someone at the billing department really say that to me. IN ADDITION to telling me to NOT TO TRUST THE DOCTORS & GET A NEW ONE. Stay far from this place if you value your money, time, and what is left of your sanity. They will take advantage of you and your circumstance without blinking. It is absolutely DESPICABLE what this business is doing to the community. Pick on someone your own size, community counseling. Let people find people who will provide REAL services. This facility is atrocious, and I feel awful for the people that continue to choose to work there."
