"I've had good experience with other doctors at this practice, but maybe I caught Dr. Munn and his staff on a bad day. No exam was performed, yet observations were claimed on chart, in addition my history had items that must have been mixed up with another patient. I'll be getting surgery elsewhere, if they can't manage basic intake forms and patient history, I'm not trusting them with more. I'm still waiting for a call back from months ago."
