"I was calling trying make a referral to get services closer to home for a patient. The lady who answered was rude and dismissive. She didn't identify the agency or herself, I understand places are under staffed and there's frustration amongst staff but she was terrible. The sad thing is people are being deterred from getting help. Many patients have said they tried calling but received the same treatment. Hopefully they can do better."

"This place is bad great if u wanna get high an have a back up plane the won’t kick u out u can do drugs an fail test for year an half like me but when u get sober they dont like that if u have state insurance, they want to keep you as a patient to make money they don’t offer a taper program. They want to keep you stuck there. This place is great if you want to get high and have a back up plan if you want to get sober, it’s not the place. "This clinic is the worst possible clinic there is to try and maintain sobriety recently there has been a dramatic increase in false positive tests coming back for not only myself but numerous other patience the counselors are very systematic just want to dose you and send you on your way without any advocating for their clients and they use the whole stereotype system and treat every patient here as if they are an active user instead of trying to help and support like they should. If you have an opportunity to go to another clinic definitely do so. Is there any cigarettes the nurses and doctors at this facility also know they have you handcuffed leaving you little to know ability to advocate for yourself. It needs to be seriously investigated. This place deserves a -5⭐ review"
