"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service provided and I would not recommend this office to anyone. They have billed me out to multiple labs duplicate times; over $150 for a covered annual visit. These unforced errors should have been prevented, or at the very least communicated. I have tried to resolve the matter interally, but after multiple failed attemps it is clear that the office manager and staff do not prioritize customer service or resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. They clearly do not do quality control checks. They do not pick up the phone, place you on hold for a very long time, or don't respond at all. I shouldn't have to track them down or go through this much trouble over a simple fix. They should've been calling me to resolve the problem before it even became one. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others who may be considering using their services. It is unfortunate because doctor park is great but the office management is poor and nonexistent. I won't return for this reason."

"Dr Park is a great doctor. the “office manager” of this location is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever come in contact with and makes every single visit difficult. All the other girls, the medical assistants and front desk are so sweet so welcoming each and every time I’ve gone to the office for a visit. I really don’t understand how this women has become an office manager. She is super rude and unprofessional! For that reason I’ll be finding another primary care doctor."

"I have been going to medical practice for almost 2 years: This medical practice is terrible. You literally have to stalk them down for an Rx refill. It's been 3 days since myself and my pharmacy have been TRYING TO REACH THEM! This is TERRIBLE service. The physician either never gets his messages or he chooses not to respond, or both. ALSO: THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES AT ALL LOCATIONS! Good luck just making an appointment. I am changing to a different practice."

"Dr. Maizel is great and I’m so sad to have to stop seeing her but I refuse to subject myself to the frustration I have to endure every time I try to even make a simple appointment to see her. The absolute worst staff I have ever had to interact with, from the lowest ranking staff member to the highest!!!! I just got off the phone with a supervisor who put the final nail in the coffin of my relationship with this practice. There is no training, there’s no competence, there’s no such thing as trying to go above and beyond for their patients; you literally have to do all the work and research for yourself, they just answer the phones [barely] and good luck trying not to get hung up on because no matter what time you call, the girls who answer the phone LOVE to hang it up quicker than they answered it. Please do not put your health in their hands. Save yourself the frustration. Absolutely done with this place."

"Dr.Park is amazing, such a great doctor! The receptionist are HORRIBLE though. which makes it hard to come back to this place. They hang up every time you call to make an appointment and give you a nasty attitude for no reason. Dr.park is the only reason why i still come here."
