Welcome to Long Island Health Collaborative (LIHC)

Located at 800 Veterans Memorial Highway in Hauppauge, New York, the Long Island Health Collaborative (LIHC) is your community's central hub for population health activities. Pronounced "LIKE," LIHC is a coalition that unites Nassau and Suffolk county health departments, every hospital on Long Island, health and social service organizations, insurance providers, academic institutions, local governments, and other dedicated groups. Together, we work tirelessly to create a healthier Long Island community.

Our Offerings:

- Free Walking Programs: Join our health professional-led walking programs, where you can safely exercise, learn about current health topics, and make new friends. It's your all-in-one "prescription" for better health!

- Medicaid Renewal Reminder: Long Island Medicaid recipients, renew your coverage now to ensure uninterrupted access to health services.
