Welcome to Jackson Pool, your local aquatic haven in Vienna, WV! Located at 1601 34th St, our pool offers a safe, family-friendly environment perfect for relaxation, exercise, and fun. We cater to a wide range of age groups and needs, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.

Special Admission Rates:

- $4.00 for Ages 4-11, Veterans, and Ages 61

- Available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 6:00 PM

- Specially scheduled sessions for those with sensory sensitivity

- Note: Schedule is subject to change due to public interest or weather conditions

Adult Lap Swim:

- Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (except for Sensory days)

Pool Rules and Regulations:

1. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult (18 ).

2. No diving from the pool edge; diving is only permitted from diving boards.

3. No food or drinks in the pool area; beverages must have a lid, and no glass is allowed.

5. No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or vaping inside the pool area.

6. Maintain a family-friendly environment; no profanity.

7. Lifeguards have the authority to enforce all rules and ensure swimmer safety.

8. No skateboards or wheeled riding equipment allowed.

11. Do not swallow pool water; it is recirculated.

13. Individuals with health issues or those using substances that cause drowsiness should consult a doctor before using the pool.

14. No swimming during severe weather, heavy rain, or when lightning and thunder are present.

18. The wading pool is for children age 4 and under and must be supervised by an adult.

19. Follow specific rules posted for slides.

20. Minimum height for slides is 40 inches; maximum weight is 300 lbs.

Additional Amenities:

- Swim diapers are required for young children; available for purchase at the front office.

- Keyed lockers are available to secure personal belongings.

- Pool toys, floats, and noodles should be in good condition and used responsibly. No small parts or squirt guns.

- Assistance for chair lift use is available upon request.

- Family and ADA restrooms are available.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint, please take it to the pool manager or the Vienna Parks Director. To act upon a complaint, it must be put in writing, signed, and dated. Mail to Vienna City Building (P.O.
