I do agree with the other reviews, the girls in the office are rude, it seems that they need to hire an office manager and get the staff to understand patience, the entire office needs a do over it seems deary, chose different paint colors and put some enjoyable art work in the waiting rooms,"

"Dr Onal is wonderful but the girls in this office are horrible. I have been trying to call there all day and they keep picking the phone up and hanging it up or they pick up and don't even say hello. They just say please hold and put you on hold and never answer. It is always an issue when I have to get in touch with the office. I have to get in my car and physically drive there just to get my blood work results. They used to actually call you and tell you your results but the last few times I have to physically go in and get the results because no one calls and no one will pick up the phone! Very inconvenient."

"Went to them this past Wednesday 1/17/24 my daughter was showing symptoms of a concussion after she had multiple hits to the head. She was seen by Dr. Ricardo Zaldivar in Farmingville. He didn’t even check her he asked her a couple of questions and because my daughter didn’t lose consciousness or was stuttering and was able to recall how she hit her head he said she doesn’t have a concussion. I tried telling him she thinks she is in mid January 2023 and is 17 & my daughter confirmed what I said, instead of feeling her head or looking in her eyes he called her a liar & said to me that if I say she has a concussion that means I will have to mark her disabled do I want that?!? I said no of course not but there is something wrong with her! He said to appease me he will give my daughter a script for a cat scan. I took the script and next day 1/18/24 I brought my daughter back to her pediatrician & she was diagnosed with a concussion & has to see a specialist on Monday. I had a copy of her results of the cat scan sent to her pediatrician & they called me to let me know the results were normal thankfully so it’s just a bad concussion. Not all concussions show up on a cat scan. Meanwhile I heard absolutely nothing from True Health in regards to my daughters results & it was Dr. Zaldivar who wrote the script. This Dr. should be ashamed of himself he also said to me that next time my daughter comes in if I am with her he will not see her because she is 18 & I shouldn’t be going in with her. I will never be going back to this practice again & neither will my daughter. If I didn’t pursue this she would’ve started playing gym in school & she would’ve really hurt herself with the concussion! I am beyond upset with what this Dr. did to my daughter. Went to see Concussion Specialist Monday 1/22/24 & my daughter is on multiple restrictions because of her concussion & has to miss her regents exams this week thanks to it. She is not allowed to do any gym or anything else until she is cleared by the specialist which Dr. Zaldivar didn’t even bother to tell us to go to but my daughters old pediatrician told us to go to once they confirmed Tammy had a concussion last Thursday a day after we saw Dr. Zaldivar."
