"Horrible experience at this office. Dr Velez did not take proper notes for my MV accident injury. He left out important complaints that I had and neglected to ask basic medical questions, but somehow they were answered for me in my patient chart. I only went to 3 therapy sessions and realized that the treatment is very basic, the wait is usually longer than the 15 min therapy. On my last visit, after 15 min electrical stimulation and heat, someone came in and removed pads and said to do the exercises that I was shown on my first day and then left, I was in more pain then when I got there. It seemed like they were just looking to bill my no fault insurance. Thanks but NO thanks!"
