"Great doctor, great office staff and I only have had positive experiences over the past 10 years or so seeing Him. I can’t believe the handful of bad reviews. Doctors are not auto mechanics and staff are not Robots. No one in sky field, especially the reviewers are not perfect. But, u need to see their review history n4 you take online Negative and nasty reviews seriously. Long Island is full of entitled, lazy and narcissistic self absorbed people especially this area of office. 45 years in Nassau and Suffolk and working F2F with people. I find the Front desk staff amazing and Dr. Bautista nursing staff great as well. And any delays since 2020 is on Pandemic and Fauci and the Federal response and confining CDC guidelines. To Blame an individual doctor shows you have little understanding of how healthcare works and your time should be spent learning not having a spoiled fit on Google."

"My grandmother was a patient of Dr. Bautista for 30+ years. When her last day’s came we called the office to be guided in the right direction. Their nurse/receptionist shut us down immediately and said to bring her in. Bring a unresponsive, 98 year old patient in for a CHECKUP. And when requesting hospice the nurse said she would get back to us. But called back the next day saying after she left, she “realized she forgot to call back”. Sad to say at this point my grandmother had been taken to the hospital and had passed. Thanks for nothing. Hope your team can treat long term patients better next time."

"I found Dr. Bautista about 3 years ago when my doctor retired. I found his office staff to be kind and helpful, and I appreciated the amount of time he spent with me. He has a very good bedside manner. There were some red flags- I had to ask him to perform certain procedures during my physical which I thought were routine- but his follow up on my blood work was thorough. COVID hit, and I had to reschedule my annual physical. It took months to get a new date. Then his office cancelled that appointment, delaying my physical again by months. Finally, the day before my physical, I get a call that he’s away at a conference all week and needs to reschedule. I complained about the late notice, especially as a conference doesn’t just pop-up. No apology was given until the receptionist looked at call records and realized I wasn’t called earlier. (In fact, I was receiving text confirmations about the appointment.) She promised a call back the next day with an expedited appointment. No call ever came. Despite the kindness of the staff and the doctor, I can’t recommend this practice. My annual physical has been delayed almost a year (beyond COVID’s impact) because of poor practice management. I now have an appointment with another doctor."

"Dr Bautista and his staff are an amazing group of people who truly make sure that you are taken care of. I have been a patient for, honestly, I don’t know how long, decades, probably. Donna and Zinny are remarkable. They remind me of Radar O’Reilly from MASH. They have the answer before you can get the question out of your mouth. Dr Bautista, always spends the time to talk with you and not rush you. He’s like a friend, actually, I do feel that way."
