"I came into the office last week for treatment because I was sick last week and saw Selena the PA she was so caring and compassionate. Went to cityMD earlier that day and they did nothing I am so thankful for Selena and helping me finally get better. I returned to the office today around 6pm to pick up my results from my visit and I heard a woman screaming at the PA working I felt so bad for her. I actually had to walk out and leave. All credit to the PA she was very professional. Again, I would return again she truly cares about her patients."

"I came into the office Monday night before closing and the front desk girl Veronica was so helpful and pleasant. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the provider was so helpful and empathic. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to help. Overall great please and Selena the PA is awesome!"

"Nice new facility, however, doctors here were somewhat dismissive and unhelpful. Assumed many things and prescribed something other doctors warned me not to take. Been traveling for a year so I do t have a primary care, when calling into the virtual assistant from my health care provider, they informed me to visit urgent care for chest X-rays. Doctors here told me they can’t give me X-rays since I do t have an infection. Without checking me, except for Covid, how would they know that?! Maybe since I “seem” healthy?? I’m in NY for 2 weeks, I can’t see a regular doctor unless I’m an established patient. Hopefully they treat others more seriously. People’s health is not something to make excuses about!!"

"Super easy yet, super impersonal . I got the necessary antibiotics for what I knew was an ear infection for my 8 year old. Office staff could barely look up from computers and or tablets, but unfortunately that’s modern medicine. The urgent was there, but not the care. do yourself a favor and make an appointment online and register prior to going to this facility. Doctor was pleasant , efficient and entertained my daughter’s witty banter, she was By far the only one in the office that’s was welcoming ."

"I had an appointment for 8:30 am, but the place did not open until 9:00 am; the PA was extremely friendly and professional. However, I can't say the same for the ladies at the front Desk. They need training on communicating with patients and what conversation is appropriate at the front desk. They have an attitude whenever you ask a question. Please provide more training on professional."
