"The girl, Laura , who answered the phone EXTREMELY rude and nasty! Decided not to make the appointment to have them as my general practitioner. The girl should keep in mind that she never knows who that is on the other end of the phone."

"We will be changing Primary Doctors after today's situation. My husband called to get an emergency appointment for an allergic reaction and they told him they were unable to get him in, stating they don't do emergency appointments and that he should go to a Walk In. First, we have insurance and they are our PCP - why would we go to a Walk In on a Friday morning?? After I called to complain of their lack of care, I was told they can see him Saturday and I advised them he's not able to do due to his work schedule. And in return, I was told I was not being accommodating - UNREAL. They work well with elder patients (my parents have been patients for years and have always received great care). But when it comes to patients my age, it doesn't work. And the times are out of control, 60+ minutes guaranteed every time."

"Been there three times now. All three times have been great. The staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. I'm not discounting the two complaints. I just think that, if they are true, then those were rare cases. If there are so many people at this office that it incurs long delays, I would suspect there would be more complaints but there aren't. Honestly, give them a shot and form your own opinion. I am personally glad I found him through a recommendation."

"Been there twice. Both times waited over an hour. Care was fine, but the wait is COMPLETELY unacceptable. My second visit, I walked in and there were 6 people waiting, 4 people came in after me. All the people there, and all the people who came after me were seen before me. I eventually got in after roughly 75 minutes of waiting to see a nurse practitioner, and only after I got up to say something. This would be inefficient even for a specialist's office."
