"I have been trying to find someone like Dr. Sammis and his staff for years. This is not a turn and burn doctors office. They listen. The staff is absolutely wonderful. You feel that they were all actually friends working as a team. Dr. Sammis talked to me for 45 minutes the first time I saw him- which is 40 minutes longer than any other doctor I have seen lately. He believes in a healthy lifestyle as a way to help and prevent disease- unlike any doctor I’ve seen lately. It is just such a relief to have found a doctor who aligns with my own beliefs as well as someone I feel I can trust. I am looking forward to my next visit (who can actually say that about a doctors office?)."

"What a great doctor! Dr. Sammis is a wonderful diagnostician, a kind and caring physician and an all around caring man. The staff is wonderful, too. Cheers to old-fashioned, kind and caring primary care docs and the places where they work. I'm sick of the way most doctor's offices are just there to bilk money from you for Northwell Health"

"Dr. Sammis is kind, knowledgable,patient and thorough. My Dad has had a plethora of serious medical issues lately, so I am always nervous. It's apparent that Dr. Sammis genuinely cares for his patients, and sets us at ease because we truly feel confident in his medicine. We have to see a multitude of doctors nowadays, and I felt compelled to leave this review because Dr. Sammis truly stands out,- because of both his knowledge AND compassion. I can't recommend him enough, and am so thankful that he is my Dad's physician."

"Love Dr Sammis! Moved into the area and was lucky enough to find Dr Sammis out of the blue. This man is an amazing Doctor. He was friendly, relatable and down to earth. He spent lots of time with me and thanks to his suggestions, I've lost 50 lbs and drastically improved my health according to him! I have never had a doctor like him. He should be followed around by someone from our military to ensure he doesn't leave the country. Bravo Dr Sammis PS, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Melissa who does the referrals. I have driven this poor woman crazy with my calls and she couldn't have handled it better. What a friendly, happy gem or a human being. Thank you, Melissa, for helping me out of several jams!"
