"I appreciate Dr. Gonzalez's friendliness, attention to detail, expert explanations, candor, and being open to questions. Also the office isn't usually running very late. At other offices, I've had to wait an hour + at times. Dr. Gonzalez on the other hand is very efficient in her words, answering any questions with precision so it doesn't impact the next patient"
