"Extremely disappointing and offensive experience. Jim best should not be able to consider himself a practicing doctor with the way I had been treated at my last appointment. My family has been using Jim Best for their limited needs for years now and upon my second visit for a yearly physical I was confronted with lies upon lies. From Jim best claiming I had blood work done which was never completed to fabricating medical information all so he would not have to fill out a blood work form. In an effort to make small talk i was asked about my own aspirations and career goals as I am a college student. As A medical student myself, I was told directly from Jim best that I should choose my own path and at the end of the day a paycheck is more important. I don’t know wether this was an attack on my south Asian background or his own resentment towards me being an individual looking towards an extensive career in medicine, but regardless, it was offensive and extremely uncalled for situation. Jim Best’s own secretary’s admitted that he had been lying and there was no record of what he said was completed. If his own staff is able to find his mistakes, who knows what worse they could be hiding. This is no way a doctor should be acting and for anyone looking to visit him I strongly suggest you look elsewhere."

"I have been lucky at age 48 to not need a Doctor lately but still tried him due to proximity and my experience was that he said you don’t need to come for regular check ups as your fine . I honestly didn’t care much about his average service. It’s when I enrolled my sons and they started having weird issues like Dr Best lying about what their saying or not I decided to move everyone out. He either doesn’t need more patients or doesn’t care. Would not recommend him period."

"Dr. Best is awesome he is interesting ,smart, intelligent man. I have no issues making appointments at his office his office manager Lucy is great to deal with as is all of his office staff. I am seen pretty much as soon as I arrive for my appointment and never feel rushed when I am in his office. He offers not only modern medication scripts but also home remedies and exercise that truly works for your physical and medical issues. I can go to him for any issues without feeling embarassed or judged there should be more dr.s like him in the medical world."

"Worst office staff, rude and unhelpful. I wanted my medical records to be mailed to me, but they said HIPPA does not allow them to mail it to my house. I told them I know HIPPA, and it never said anything about not allowing my doctors to mail my own records to my own house. Then they change the story. They said they can mail it, but I have to pay for the mailing cost. Why can't they just be honest and say they don't want cover the $2 mailing cost? Instead they lie and blame it on HIPPA? I wanted to speak with the doctor after this. Instead of saying he will call me back when he gets a chance, the staff transfered me to this empty phone number that no one answers. Not a trustworthy staff. It's a shame because I was with Dr. Best for at least 10 years, but his office staff is getting worse and worse. Now it's unbearable. Looking for a new primary."
