After that he became our family doctor He helped me too greatly when I came down with MS. We had to leave LI because it had become too expensive. Dr Kelly was my doctor for 29 years. I miss him and have found no one who cares as much about his patients."

"I was told by the scheduling employee my family and I need to make a "establish care appointment" first before scheduling a physical appointment. Therefore having to pay a copay for 2 appointments versus one. I was told its a "meet and Greet" with MD before an actual visit of getting tests to determine care. Northwell Is this a new Policy?"

"I was checked in by Carmella who was professional and very friendly. I had my vitals taken by MA Stephanie Best- Lutchman and she was pleasant and very proficient. My NP Michelle Craddock as usual was extremely thorough , pleasant and professional and empathetic. I am always treated with kindness and professionalism here. Shelby checked me out and scheduled my next appointment, and she was great too."

"My family and I have been patients of Dr Kelly for 26 years. I've NEVER in all that time had any major issues in all that time. I know his associates for almost that long also and they too are professional and caring people. In answer to the woman whose son was ill and couldn't be seen due to an issue with her bill all you had to do was to tell the receptionist you wanted to speak to Dr Kelly and you could've worked it out with him. He's very understanding and one of the kindest people I know. I never leave things in the hands of a receptionist if there's an issue because they often have no leeway to make decisions on their own. There's also the office or billing manager. There were plenty of ways to work it out. I am sad to say that Northwell has taken over this office. It's a sad state of affairs that this office felt the need to sell to them. Now they no longer have the final say in patient care. Corporate medicine by large conglomerates is not in the best interest of patients. They are only interested in the bottom line. They don't know their patients. We're only a number to them."
