"Asked me to pay cash for my physical when I am insured. I was informed it was for the labs, but I have never prepaid for labs before. Then while sitting in the chair to get vitals checked one of the staff threw an unopened and unused urine collection bottle in my direction where the rest were kept. It was incredibly unprofessional. Also, could not find my veins; though I will say I genetically have smaller veins and fasted without water for the appointment. Not impressed overall though."
