"Lucy is a good example in making sure that customers stay away from your business. My mother was in urgent need of a hospital type bed so her insurance reached to Divine Health to provide the bed. After a week of hearing nothing from insurance or vendor, I finally reached out to insurance who provided me with the phone number of the vendor, Divine Health. I reached out to Divine Health (spoke to Lucy) to find out about the status and let them know that my mother is a urgent need of the bed. Lucy said she will give a call in a couple days or so. After hearing nothing from Divine Health, 5 days later, I called again, and Lucy said she is waiting for some documents. Later that day I called again , and received all documents and waiting for the order to be processed. After 2 weeks I called again (she never called me back), and Lucy said that she was on vacation the previous week, skiing, and she needs to see what the status of the order is and consult with her boss!!. Then later that day she let me know that the order was rejected. So she went on vacation without having someone else to follow up with me on the order, especially it was noted that is an urgent one! Second, after coming back from vacation she did not bother herself to check the status of the order and care to give me a call in advance before I called them. All in all the prescription was sitting with Diving Health for about 4 weeks, and in the end it was rejected. I went with another vendor after all this, and it took literally days from the day I spoke to the vendor and submitted the prescription to the time the bed was delivered. Poor business Divine Health, Train Lucy properly or hire more people if Lucy is overloaded, also teach some customers service skills and attitude to Lucy."
