He said oh then tomorrow afternoon and I said I had another appt. I waited days for this appt and He basically talked to me with his attitude and was rude. I will go to another doctor."

"The Doctors are great, but this office is turning out to be irresponsible. I do not know what is the delay in sending the prescription to the pharmacy. They need to have a better system, the secretaries are not up to date with what they need to do. If things continue the way the are, I am going to change doctors as well as my parents. They need to hire competitive people."

"My rating would be no stars if it was allowed. This office is beyond incompetent. No one answers calls, no one returns calls, the pharmacy also has issues when refilling prescriptions because again no one answers the call. My mother has been sick for the last 3 weeks. She has called continuously to schedule an appt but to no avail. This is patient negligence. Either hire new staff and office manager or permanently close!"

"Had an appointment with Dr.Rios at 9am. I arrived at 8:30am. Paid the co pay, waited until 10:30 to find out the Dr hasn't arrived yet and they don't know when she will come. Lost my time, lost my co pay. Terrible service. Don't even give the decency to give you a heads up. Terrible."

"staff is so unprofessional and you can't call them. they will hang up and not pick up the phone. I have been going to see my doctor there for a while now and they don't help you with appointments nor do they give you call backs with medical concerns. horrible services. look for more caring office."
