"I LOVE Dr. Young! She sees my entire family including myself, husband and my parents who are senior citizens. She is very responsive, compassionate, professional, and has coordinated the care for all of our specialists. She found the smallest malignant breast lump during my mom's physical. Even the oncologist was impressed that she found it from a manual exam. She then referred my mom to the most wonderful practice of women oncologists, surgeons... they are truly a GOD send, and included me in every aspect of my mom's care. The wait is usually around 15-20 min... HOWEVER she takes her time, answers all of your questions, offers alternative solutions and has the best bedside manner EVER! Having said this, Dr. Young's staff is improving as she grows. As a business leader, I understand how difficult it can be to acquire and sustain a loyal staff. I would say don't throw out the baby with the bath water, because Dr. Young is AWESOME."
