"This provider was assigned to me as my PCP with my insurance. I made an appointment LAST SUMMER but had to cancel because I had to work late. I tried calling to reschedule and they WILL NOT offer me another anointment because I had to work and missed my first and ONLY appointment. Now I have to pick another PCP who can see me, what a joke this office is"

"Doctors are great but the receptionist are horrible. Try to make appointment for myself and was told the only available time was at 6:45 PM which was fine. Then I ask if my daughter can come to see the doctor at the same time since the ok only available appointment was 6:45. I was told thecit could not be done then suddenly a 3:45 appointment was available for my daughter. I said it was not a good time because my will not be back from school at 3:45. The mysteriously a 5:45 appointment suddenly becomes available for both myself and my daughter together. What a mystery????? Never understand how they function? This is not the first time I have issues with these receptionists. Both doctors are great maybe that's why I still go there. But maybe I should seek another family doctor."

"VERY POOR PATIENT SERVICE! My boyfriend has been a patient for years with minimal satisfaction. He is asthmatic and has called in the past about possibly having an asthma attack and he needed a pump as quickly as possible. The receptionist replied “there’s no appointments available and there’s nothing we can do”. Any time he has had any kind of medical emergency that seems to always be the response. And when there is an appointment available, it’s for 2weeks out. Kind of useless for an emergency situation. He has decided due to the poor and incompetent services provided by the staff, he has now switched to another doctor for primary care. It has now been 4days since his new doctor faxed over a HIPPA release form for his medical records only to find out and confirm by the office manager Christine that they received the fax but missing the doctors address and fax number. When asked why none of the staff thought to follow up with the doctor or him the patient, she replied “I cannot explain why no one followed up and don’t know why you’re frustrated”. ??????? Upon having everything properly filled out, their “policy” is to have the doctor review everything before releasing any records which can take up to TWO WEEKS. Turnaround time is overly extensive however not surprising based on the lack of urgency from this office. From a patients perspective, it’s seem they are unhappy that my boyfriend is switching providers and in turn being petty through out. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!"
