"I've been doing physicals with this company for about four years. The first two years were smooth and fast, but as the company grew busier, the wait times became longer, which is frustrating. However, it’s still better than going to my doctor. I also briefly worked for this company and understand why employee morale is low. They don't offer much to their employees, who are expected to go above and beyond without raises or adequate recognition. They reward bad behavior, provide insufficient federally regulated days off, and frequently change procedures and protocols without clear guidelines. The managers I’ve encountered are great, like Jasmine Tyline and Linda. and wishes they could do more, but their hands are tied by upper management, who seems indifferent. Despite having some really great people working there, it’s not enough. This company needs to do better. Their social media presence portrays them positively, but the reality is different. You don’t want to work here."
