"Mr Richard Martino was satisfied with the care rendered by this practice having been a patient here for many, many years. After a particular service was provided, he had a patient responsibility. A payment plan was arranged between Mr. Martino and the office billing department. He defaulted on his payment plan and after many failed attempts at resolution, was taken to Richmond County Small Claims court (public record) where a judgement was rendered against him. It is unfortunate that when he got a bill, he choose to slander the good reputation of the doctor and this practice instead of simply accepting his financial responsibility."
