Reviews
"I don’t review much. I must say I have been to Dr. Miceli for all my ENT needs and is very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Miceli spends the time to explain my problem and answers all my questions. Dr. Miceli and his pleasant staff are always professional and I would recommend them for any ENT problems you may have."
"I saw this creep a few years back. I stumbled on this page and felt compelled to share my experience. This doctor is a grumpy old man bully, who is rude, rough handed, and has no bedside manner. He’s dismissive of most complaints with a nasal spray prescription that you can get OTC at CVS. He hurries most patients along so he can make his late after golf tee time. Just looking through the reviews, doesn’t his staff get sick of having to answer all the negative reviews and make excuses for this a-hole? Go see Dr. Hiltzic."
"What a waste of time- I wasted a whole week ( and a bridge toll) because there is no communication between the people that schedule appointments and the office staff. I scheduled my appointment and I was told that my health insurance is accepted and then, when I arrived at the office, was told that my insurance is not accepted. I had to find another doctor that same day which was super difficult. Super unprofessional!"
"Had an appointment booked for a month out, had been seen by Dr.Micelli once before for a bacterial infection in my nose. Nose still bothering me months later made an appointment they only had something a month or so away. Made the appointment. Was heading there from work I was going to be about 10-15 mins late. I gave the office a courtesy call of letting them know. They told me they would need to cancel my appointment Dr. micelli couldn’t see me. I asked doesn't the office have a 15 minute grace period they let me know that I was his last appointment of the day, and therefore It would be at his discretion if he wanted to wait or not, which he didn’t. This is absolutely disgusting and not professional at all. I waited over a month for an appointment and the xo for used his discretion to say he is not waiting? Had to go to urgent care when I had a specialist appointment. That’s a joke. Will not be returning."
"I went in to the ENT after my primary care doctor referred me because I had what was thought to be an abscess on my left tonsil. The nurses and front desk staff was nice and welcoming but when I Dr. Miceli came in he was rude and not understanding of my situation. I have anxiety and was suffering from a panic attack as the doctor told me to "stop crying and open my mouth" so that he could drain the cyst. I was yelled at and criticized for being able to get my many tattoos and piercings but was not able to handle this procedure. His bedside manner is terrible and i would not recommend him even to my worst enemy. DO NOT see Dr. Miceli if you're looking to have a pleasant experience."
