"I’m a long time patient in this office and feel kind of guilty I never shared my experience. I should say that just entering the office you feel you are in the right place : cool water, snacks, newspapers, when it’s winter you’ll warm and when it’s exhausting hot outside you feel comfortable cool. But the most important it’s doctor Rimma Gelbert and her team. Besides she has great education she never stop To improve her knowledge .Also she may always give you right advise on some other medical problems till you’ll get appointment to a specialist you need and even give you names and telephone numbers of the few ones . when I was sick with Covid and called the office she called me right away and in a short time I got all medicine I needed. When you come for an appointment you have to wait some time and you should accept this because Doctor Rimma very attentive to every patient problem and this takes more time for each appointment. There are many same medical offices but for me this one is the best and Doctor Rimma Gelbet answers all my expectations what doctor I’d like to have."

"There is no score high enough. Blow away by the attention to detail. The care and professionalism shown by Elsever exemplify this DO office I will visit nowhere else when I am in Brooklyn. The waiting area is quiet and clean. Other patients were just as respectful. Kinda like going to a best friend's home for a quick stay, smile and get well. Amenities are all there for use. "I was looking for a good Doctor's office for a while by reading patient reviews and asking around. Dr. Gelbert's practice came up with excellent reviews and i was tempted to make an appointment. However, when I started reading the Owner response to negative reviews, I got scared - they are threatening, highly emotional, and quite disrespectful (with a lot of exclamation marks to make the point). I am sure it is not the doctor but someone from the office staff writing these reviews in a highly unprofessional manner as I have never seen anything like this in my life. I decided against going to such a practice and leave this feedback to the Office Management as you guys are scaring the new patients away. You need to learn how to respond to constructive feedback with professionalism instead of threatening to come after the person or not treat a person in your office ever again. I hope you will listen to this feedback as such reviews have a negative impact on the doctor's reputation. Thanks. Leonard - here you go 5 stars if this will help. Rating is not just for the doctor but for practice and how you handle customer relationships. Threatening and putting multiple exclamation marks is really an ineffective way of doing this."
