"Had a first visit to the doctor. Doctor is fine but it is almost impossible to reach out to her via phone. I called 7 times in 2 weeks to get a status update on the prescription and the main office kept saying they will relay this information to the doctor and the doctor will get back to me. However, I never got a call back from the doctor. Very unprofessional behavior. Why can't the doctor have the direct line The only way to get things done or even get any answer is either via message on the app or by visiting the doctor."

"I only gave 1 star because I couldn't comment unless I did. This doctor and her office should be ashamed at how they treat geriatric patients. My grandmother is 90+ years old and has been waiting almost a month to receive her oxygen tank! Why?!?! Also, her blood sugar is extremely low- the doctor's response- tell her to stop testing so much. What??? If you care about your family, please choose someone else to oversee their health. The doctor never calls me back and the nursing staff half cares. Either way, after a month long battle, there is still no resolution. I'm reporting this medical office to the BBB (yes, naming everyone!) and to the NY Medical licensing board."
