"The medical staff is great, if you can "magically" get past his horribly incompetent, Staten Island millennial office staff chippy clowns ! Approximately 8 millennials sitting around acting busy ? If you were to stand and listen to their conversations, half are on the phone with mommy attempting to obtain advice on how to handle reality, the other half very rapidly sliding the little glass window shut pretending not to hear or see some really ill patients ! You'll literally "DIE" on hold, not listening to Muzak, but much, much worse, at least an hour or more of a Northwell Health propagandized infomercial ! Forget about the phone service, they'll come to your funeral a few weeks later ! Dr. Peter, you'd better start to take control of your office... Is it still your office though ? Come to think of it, I haven't actually seen you in over two years, only P.A's ? Sad, and even sadder is the fact that this is not a free service. We're paying top dollar for these literal "Eloi" !"
