"There is a lot not to like about this place (including, as everyone has noted, having to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen even if you come 15 minutes early for appointment; I'll add the place gives off run-down vibes). However, I really like Dr. Lyons and the nurses are super solid--particularly the head nurse."

"I’m honestly surprised at all the negative reviews. Every time I’ve been here, my doctor, Julie Jacobs, has been super proactive in the help I need and suggested specialists, blood tests, etc. Because of that, I was able to get the help I needed for my asthma. I do somewhat see that reception can be kinda short with you, but mostly they are very kind and warm. I haven’t experienced long wait times either. Maybe it’s because I go on Sundays usually, but overall I’ve had a good experience here."

"I went here for 5+ years with Dr. Lyons as my primary care doctor. I found his assessments to be helpful but this is easily the worst doctors office I went to regularly. I'd say id give him 3/5 as a primary care physician.. but this place is an overall 1/5 for these reasons... - constantly overbooked: they overbook with hopes they can just bill more insurances, awesome application of for-profit healthcare system just to kill people's insurance... the staff there is trained to just keep getting more appointments so they can bill more people. - wait times can be anywhere from 45-120 minutes+ .. outrageous - cramped and uncomfortable waiting room I chose this place because it was close and in walking distance to my home. That turned out to be a mistake. Looking back I now regret I didn't go to a doctor's office that was actually a little bit better."

"Run, everything is terrible there!!! The waiting time is at least an hour, regardless of your approval. There are rude people at the reception. There are always new employees who don’t understand what’s going on at all, everyone looks unpleasant. People are like cattle to them; insurance money is all they care about. The last situation was the last for me: they destroyed my blood tests twice in a week. The first time, a girl who looked like a night stripper and not a medical worker took blood, the second time another new employee unsuccessfully searched for my veins, couldn’t find them, called for help...both times the test tubes were rejected by the laboratory, since the collection process was unprofessional formalized TWICE! After the second refusal, they simply suggested that I go to the laboratory MYSELF and do my own test since their employees are ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. In response to my request to explain this ridiculous situation, they were rude, saying that it was not their fault and there was nothing to blame them for. Incredible! Whose fault is this, mine? You called me twice in a week to take a simple blood test and screwed up both times! I've only been to them a few times for a college physical exam, only because this office was assigned to me by the insurance company, every time, oh my God, every time there were serious mistakes, stress and NO APOLOGY. People are cattle to them. I will never go back to them again! Ever! I changed the doctor to the office at 9000 Show Road. Huge difference! Take care of your nerves, stay away from them!"
