Dr. Gold's impressive medical journey began with her graduation from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005, where she was inducted into the prestigious National Osteopathic Honor Society. Her commitment to medical excellence was further acknowledged during her preliminary medicine internship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Elmhurst Hospital, where she earned the title of “Intern of the Year.” Dr. Gold continued her training with a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, serving as chief resident. She has contributed to medical literature, co-authoring a chapter on managing gastrointestinal problems in patients with neurological disabilities and serving as associate editor for a spinal cord injury publication.

Following her residency, Dr. Gold completed a fellowship in Pain Management in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai, enhancing her expertise in pain medicine. Dr. Gold is also certified in acupuncture, although she currently focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to chronic pain management, integrating interventional procedures and rehabilitation medicine. She is adept at performing Nerve Conduction Testing and Electromyograms (EMG) to aid in accurate diagnosis.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Gold is passionate about health and wellness education. She actively shares her knowledge through her YouTube and TikTok channels, offering valuable health insights and tips for individuals of all ages.
