"I have seen Dr. Wang for ten years. Knowing that this clinic is very professional, it will constantly remind me and my family members to have regular physical examinations, and will also inform my family members of their illnesses in detail and how to solve them. I am very grateful."
"This clinic is the worst one I have been in by far the service was horrible I was the 7th on the line and it took me 2-3 hours just to see the doctor. The hygiene in the place was also horrible the water dispenser seemed like it hasn't even been clean in the past 2 years where there was even some green algae on the middle of the water filter. While in the doctor's room his floor seemed like it hasn't even been cleaned for the past few days to the point where there was even some yellow stains that were sticky on the floor. This is not even the worst part I have heard people screaming when taking the blood test about how bad the pain was and when I heard that I though it wouldn't be that bad but then when I took it it was the worst I have taken by far when I took it my arm bruised for a couple days on the spot where they did it and it has never ever happened to me in other clinics The next thing I had to say is that I saw some of the people working there trying to forge some Physical therapy documents and they were doing what seemed like copying something from a paper and changing the order."
"A compassionate and approachable individual, Dr. Wang has been operating a clinic in the vibrant Sunset Park neighborhood, dedicated to providing medical care to the area's predominantly Chinese population. The clinic's signage is decorated with Chinese characters, the staff is fluent in Chinese characters, and efforts have been made to create an environment that is welcoming and accommodating to the Chinese-speaking community. However, recent events have tarnished the clinic's reputation, and I regret to express my concerns about Dr. Wang's wife's involvement in the clinic's operations. I made an appointment for medical help at 11:00 a.m. this morning I arrived at the clinic at 10:30 a.m. and carefully registered my name in the appointment book and found a seat in anticipation of my turn to be treated. To my dismay, an hour later I was still waiting along with an elderly man who had arrived before me. This elderly man's appointment was for 10:00 a.m. Dr. Wang's wife was dismissive of my inquiry and suggested that I either wait indefinitely or leave altogether. I was disheartened by this unfortunate encounter, as I was devastated by her unkind words. It was during this frustrating encounter that another person came to the clinic seeking help. This person, unlike me, asked Dr. Wang's wife for help in English. Surprisingly, her demeanor immediately changed, and she became enthusiastic as she interacted with this English-speaking patient. Even though this new patient was a newly registered patient with no prior appointment, he was promptly given medical attention within a few moments. Unfortunately, despite being a loyal customer of this clinic for several years, I found myself subjected to an unnecessarily long wait, even though I had made an appointment in advance. Dr. Wang's wife seemed to have no reason to insist that I wait and responded with verbal abuse when I tried to seek clarification. This treatment is not only unjust and discriminatory, but also undermines the trust and respect that patients should receive when seeking medical care. Given this situation, I sincerely believe that Dr. Wang should consider removing his wife from her position at the clinic. Her actions exhibit clear discriminatory behavior that undermines an orderly queuing system and unfairly targets patients who rely on government assistance through their white cards, making them feel marginalized and discouraged. Unfortunately, this practice has caused many Mandarin-speaking patients to shy away from seeking the treatment they desperately need. In conclusion, I hope that Dr. Wang will take these issues seriously and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. By addressing these issues in a timely manner, he can restore the clinic's reputation as a haven of care and compassion and ensure that all patients, regardless of their background or circumstances, are treated equally and respectfully within the clinic."
"I have been seeing Dr. Wei Wang as my primary care doctor for 23 years and I am very satisfied with his care. He is professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns and explains everything clearly. He always follows up with me and makes sure I am doing well. He is fluent in English and Mandarin, which is very helpful for me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate doctor."
"This clinic office does not even deserve one star. Dr. Wei Wang’s wife is a very rude lady when it comes to talk to the patient. She has no manner, and disrespectful to the patient as well. I called in and ask if the result of my blood work come out yet. She was like “we are very busy, and we don’t have time to check that for you.” When I came to the clinic, she was yelling at me, and giving me a terrible altitude while I was waiting to see the doctor. PLEASE RESPECT EVERY PATIENT IN YOUR CLINIC! DON’T SOUNDS LIKE BECAUSE YOU ARE DOCTOR’S WIFE, you can do whatever you like including yelling at patient. She is very unprofessional in the healthcare field. I’m feel shame if I saw this kind of person working in the this field. Beside the service in the clinic, also the clinic is very disorganized, all they care about is how to get more money from the patient. The clinic doesn’t allow patient to get two shots at a time, because they want to charge you more money for the second visit."
