"AVOID this office if you really want to get personalized doctor's care. This office has to get it together because lately it is terrible. They are NOT open 5 days a week and they don't have anyone there to help you during office hours. If you try calling them you will NEVER get someone answering the phone only an ANSWER MACHINE, and don't even bother to leave a message because they will NOT call you back. As per your prescriptions it is a joke, they don't even bother to send the refills to the pharmacy. There's always new personnel working at this place and they don't know what your medical history is so you have to repeat yourself 1000 times. Very frustrating and disappointing. How can a Doctor's office not be open 5 days a week at regular office hours??? And where are the doctors???"

"Dr. Viswanathan is an excellent, kind caring physician. She is very thorough and takes the time needed to attend to her patients’ needs. I have been a patient at this office since a child and have been with Dr. V for the past 15 years. She has always gone out of her way to tend to my medical needs with professionalism and respect. She is prompt to order all labs and tests to treat her patients and prescribe any medications needed. She makes sure all follow up appointments are made in order to keep her patients healthy. Dr. V has also provides convenient telemed appointments for sick patients and lab results, she provides convenient lab work in the office and also provides home draws for elderly or sick patients who cannot leave the house. Besides primary care, she also provides patients in need with an excellent weight loss and nutrition program that works and is affordable compared to other programs. I highly recommend her as a primary care and weight loss physician."

"AVOID THIS PLACE. This facility needs to get it together. I've switched to a different primary before because of the disrespectful receptionists. For some reason I decided to switch back and it was a big mistake. My last appointment I had to wait an hour before the doctor could see me and I left because it shouldn't take that long. They rescheduled me for today at 930 am. Doors are locked. Google says they open at 10, so I waited until 1015 in case the doctor was running late. This is the second time I've had an appointment and want seen by the doctor. Dont waste your time, and go to a doctor you can trust."

"Dr V is an excellent doctor always takes her time with you & very personable. Monique does the blood work there she is also the best at giving needles. Over all the staff is very friendly & nice i love going there i also take my son to the pediatrician there."
