I applied for a job at this office, I tried calling back to set up an interview and the phone does ring endlessly, tried connecting to the front desk and was hung up on. How exactly are they expecting to bring help in if no one ever answers the phone?? Smh. I do understand a medical office can be stressful and overwhelming, but you can't just randomly hang up on callers and never answer a phone. After this experience I wouldn't want to work there. Without answering the phone, they told me everything I needed to know. Now I understand the frustration from the patients who leave reviews."

"Worst patients in all of Brooklyn. Dr. Petrov is wonderful. Her staff is overwhelmed with the rude patients. One woman screaming at the staff because she forgot to sign in. Horrible class of patients. Lowest of the low. Dr. Petrov and staff 5 stars. Patients 1 star. Try and ignore patients to get to Doctor. Worth it."
