"My son’s annual check up which started off fine with a minor hiccup- him being marked at 5’9-which I told the MA was incorrect and she still kept it as that- he is 5’6. O well no big deal- we saw the doctor and the main reason was for school immunizations- they were out and I was giving a prescription for pharmacy. The pharmacy informed me that do not vaccinate minors. I called back the doctors office and the staff spoke with a nurse who told them I could call up local clinics. I definitely got offended because why would I have a Personal PCP in turn for them to direct me to a clinic?! The doctor gave me a call- he apologized for the “miscommunication” and ensured me that they would order right away. 2 weeks later I have been emailing, messaging portal and calling-finally they pick up just to tell me it’s out of order, couldn’t verify it ever being ordered and simply no regard to urgency or the fact that I haven’t been getting responses-training needed with staff for sure. Yep this will be the last here I come from a family of psychics and they too found this experience odd!"
