"Being a Senior Citizen, 84, I have a great deal of difficulty in understanding why a Doctor tries to take advantage of seniors. In July 2022, more than a year ago, I made a simple appointment for treatment to on eye. I was told that if there was any internal issue that it could be solved by special surgery. The doctor, Ms. Cheng, determined that my surgery needed to be done, once this was done everything would work correctly. Prior to and after the surgery I was to take a prescribed regiment of medication. For one reason or another the drugs never arrived and I cancelled the operation. No other work was done and after a year this Dr. Notis is sending me invoices, and threatening legal action. I find this vindictive."

"Very unprofessional, rude and racist personnel from the Dr., Manager and staff members.. the Dr. Did not perform a good exam and did not even give me a new prescription which was the reason why we made an appointment with her.. She was very inpatient and made my son very nervous and made us very uncomfortable... She made my 9 year old son cry..very unprofessional..Please go somewhere else for your eye exam ...From my personal experience at this place a week ago..It was very unpleasant and honestly Disgusting...We truly felt very discriminated....It was our first time experiencing a behavior like this from an eye doctor.. Horrible staff members. . My Husband and I even witnessed one of the staff members at the front desk translating the wrong information to a patient..the questions that the Asian Lady the " manager" was asking or saying in English was not even close to what the other staff member was saying back to the patient... They are very loud and you can actually hear other patients private information... I will never recommend this place to a friend or family member. It is a very sad disappointment to see doctors that lack professionalism , with no respect and compassion for others..During our waiting time at least we also witnessed 5 different patients complaining about their prescriptions that either was too strong or did not work for them..So definitely they do not know what they are doing in this place..."

"All of the doctors here are great, very smart, very knowledgeable, leave you feeling confident that you are in good care, I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years. But I did want to give a special shout out to (I believe an ophthalmic technician) her name is Chelsea and she is just so delightful, so sweet, such warm energy, very professional and just made my visit today really enjoyable."

"Dr. Patel and the staff at the practice did a great job administering my eye exam and providing a referral for another condition to a retina specialist in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend, especially if you are getting prescription glasses since it is possible to in the same building downstairs. Thank you!"

"My mother, who is 76 yrs old, and does not speak English went for an eye exam with Dr. Farnese. She was quite rude and had no patience with her, without manners. It didn’t feel like a comfortable experience just for a simple eye exam, though my mother had someone translating for her for the entirety of the appointment. The assistant and other staff who worked there were very helpful and friendly. They brought her water when she began to cough during her exam. Dr. Farnese did her job, but some bedside manners and a better attitude towards older patients, would have been better."
