"I have been going to this place for years. The doc is okay but the staff at the reception is horrific. Unprofessional is not even the word for them. The lady with the red glasses that takes the appointments is very rude on the phone and montrous in person. They have no etiquette and shouldn't be working at a doctor's office where care is given to people. I walked in today and observed her disrespecting and being very vulgar with a elderly black woman and then she had me standing in front of her for almost 15 mins before she acknowledged me and that was because i interrupted her conversation after 15 mins of standing. She went right back to her conversation with her fellow rude crew. I had to walk out because i was very upset. This office needs to do better with who they hire as staff to interact with people because this will cost them a lot more clients. I will not be going there again."

"Brilliant Doctor, he's very empathetic, to your feeling and pain. He doesn't waste time.. 5 stars for him.. But... waiting time is horrible. There has to be a better system. Taking blood and urine 12pm after they were waiting for an hour already. The phlebotomis was too busy Checking her phone... brushed me off saying I'm just the phlebotomis.. yah no kidding"
